NBSC BRINGS OFFICES TOGETHER FOR 2025 PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND OPEN DIALOGUE
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) is currently conducting its 2025 Performance Review and Presentation of Accomplishment Report today, December 17, 2025, as a whole-day institutional activity at the NBSC Boardroom for Office Heads, Directors, and Coordinators, with other employees participating through a Zoom platform. The event serves as a formal venue for examining the year’s outcomes, assessing office-level performance, and strengthening institutional alignment through broad and inclusive participation.
Initiated by SUC President I, Dr. Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, CESE, the activity is designed to provide an open and structured space where offices can present performance highlights, operational insights, and documented accomplishments in relation to their respective functions. More importantly, it allows institutional leaders and personnel to openly surface concerns, share perspectives, and engage in meaningful dialogue as the day progresses.
Through this ongoing exchange, the institution reinforces internal coordination and clarifies shared priorities. The collective review supports a more cohesive approach to responsibilities and contributes to the steady advancement of NBSC as an organization.
